Denise Sayer, Vice President & Chief Innovator
Denise joined CCA Global in 2004 and held positions including Corporate Marketing Manager, responsible for identifying trendsetter ideas, services and tools; and Director of Strategic Initiatives, leading the exploration of new business initiatives. This experience, coupled with her passion and vision, provides a unique skill set to poise the CCA For Social Good division for continued growth.
Cellissa Hoyt, Managing Director
Cellissa brings powerful experiences from early learning education, nonprofit, and retail management to her role as Managing Director of CCA For Social Good. Previously, she was the Director of the State Early Learning Alliance of New Hampshire coordinating shared services work statewide. Prior to that, she was the Executive Director of a large, multi-site, nonprofit early childhood agency for 30 years.
Kaeleigh Barker, New Business & Development Director
Kaeleigh is a dynamic professional with a unique tenured background in business, education & nonprofits. Her expertise runs the gamut of market development and engagement, corporate communications, and the management of business and strategic relationships that unlock innovative opportunities. Before taking this role she was the founding strategic director of Cooperatives for a Better World, a global nonprofit leading a powerful awareness campaign about the cooperative business model. She is a member of the New Hampshire 40 Under 40 Class of 2021.
Howard Brodsky, CCA Global Partners Founder & Chairman
Howard Brodsky is the Co-founder and Chairman of CCA Global Partners. He has dedicated his life to building and sustaining family businesses around the world through the power of shared ownership models. In the 39 years of his entrepreneurial leadership, CCA Global has grown into 15 companies serving over 1 million family businesses around the globe with $12 billion in annual revenue. He is a recognized world leader, currently he chairs the G20 Working Group on Cooperatives, and in 2019 received the Rochdale Pioneers Award by the International Cooperative Alliance (ICA) in 2019, , known as the "Nobel Prize of Cooperative Business,” he is the first American to receive the honor. He is author of the critically-acclaimed book The Unexpected: Breakthrough Strategies to Supercharge Your Business and Earn Loyal Customers.
